REVISION OF CHURCH Electoral Roll 2026

The Church Electoral Roll is a list of people eligible to vote at the Annual Parish Meeting. Voting enables you to have a say in the running of the Parish and to be more engaged in the life of our church community.

Each year we have to do a revision and we request you to tell us if your details have changed. To check if you’re on the existing Roll, see the list of names that will be displayed in the notice area of each church. or contact the Electoral Roll Officer (via the Parishes Office; see below).

If you need to inform us of changes or if you’re not on the Roll and would like to be in time for the 2026 Annual Meeting on April 23rd; please complete an Application Form and return it by April 7th. Eligibility details are on the form. Forms can be downloaded on the link below or paper copies found in each church.

You may complete your downloaded form electronically and email it to the Parish Office: benefice@newforestparishes.com

To return a completed paper copy, please deliver (letterbox outside the external office door) or post to the Parish Office, St Michael and all Angels’ Church, High Street, Lyndhurst, SO43 7BD.

If you miss the deadline, don’t worry; applications are accepted at any time during the year.
